STRUGGLE.........

I still struggle with this new laptop computer.  I can be in the process of typing a new post and it will just disappear or even worse, it will automatically enlarge the font.  I don't know, for the life of me, what I am touching to make it do all these crazy things.  It definitely has a mind of it's own and when I have to start over and over, it frustrates me big time!  (It has happened so far 3 times and I havent even finished my blog entry yet.  grrrrrrrrrrrr)

Good morning.  Wednesday, half of the work week already.  Time........slow down please.
We did go to see Jesse and his tee ball team play last night.  They lost but just watching them run, throw, dig in the dirt, twirl around and around and hug and hi-five each other makes it fun anyway.  These are little 4-5 year old boys and they are just so darned cute.
Am going to make a casserole I saw on Facebook today, but do have to go to the grocery store for a couple of the ingredients.  It is a taco casserole.
Taco Casserole
1 7oz. bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 pkg. taco seasoning, mixed according to directions
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Ch
eddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Shredded Lettuce
Sliced tomato

Layer ingredients in 9 x 13 pan as listed - crushed chips, meat and seasonings, 2/3 of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Church tonight.

  1. Good morning, Linda! Computer issues can be so frustrating! I hope you are able to figure out what is going on with your laptop. I love the picture of Jesse! Looks like he set and ready for that baseball! Looking forward to hearing how you like the taco casserole. I hope you share the recipe:-) Have a wonderful Wednesday!

  2. Hi Linda! The casserole sounds very good! I love tacos. Jesse is so cute, and I'm sure it was fun watching the youngsters trying to figure it all out. As for your computer issue...are you using a wireless mouse, instead of the pad on the computer? You need to turn off the pad, then when your wrists touch it, it won't do funny things to what you are typing. If you aren't using a wireless mouse, maybe your wrists are skimming it while you type. I hate those little pads on laptops and had that problem until I figured out it could be turned off when using a mouse. Anyway, that's my 2 cents worth of knowledge. Have a great worship service tonight! Terri
