There is an apple orchard on Signal Mountain, where one of my daughter lives, and I ALWAYS buy at least 4 gallons of their cider. It freezes well too.
I saw an article in the Southern Living magazine about the Smoky Mountains in the fall. I didn't know that this national park is the most visited in the whole country. They said has more visitors than the Grand Canyon and Yosemite combined.
And yes, I am prejudiced---------------

My back is some better, but I think I had a 24 hour virus on top of back problems. I was so sick last night and went to bed at 8 o'clock. Am better this morning tho, so maybe it all has passed.
Jim got a copy of his family tree this past weekend that someone had compiled. I have always wanted to do Ancestry.com. Have you used that or do you have a family history in print?
We have been studying how and why we should die to ourselves and live for the Lord.
Good morning Linda! Happy to hear that you are feeling better this morning! I love your background! We have an abundance of pumpkins ready for the taking here in Michigan. Our apple orchards are suffering because of the unseasonable warm weather we had in the spring. I guess the price of apples at the cider mills are outrageous. My sister has a subscription to Ancestry.com. Researching our family tree is one of her favorite hobbies. She has researched my mom's side of the family all the way back to the late 1600's. It can become very addictive..LOL. Have a terrific Tuesday, Linda!
ReplyDeletePumpkins, leaves changing, lower temps...ahhhhh!! It's a lovely time of year, and you really do live in an absolutely beautiful place to enjoy the best of the best.
ReplyDeleteYou know that I use Ancestry.com. Love it, love it. Genealogy is a fun hobby that can suck away more time than Pinterest - trust me! LOL
Have a wonderful day, Linda!
Those Autumn colors are outstanding ! Oh what a beautiful place. So glad your back is feeling better and whatever else virus is gone.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day. Thanks for sharing the beauty
