HERE WE GO AGAIN!

Another day, another week to get it right!

This week I will be attending the Missions Conference at my church.  I wish each of you could be with me and hear these gentlemen give their testimonies and then give us God's Word, some in their own languages.

Do you have any idea how many languages there are on earth right now?  What would you guess?  200, 500?  There are 7,000 languages used right now on earth and the Bible says there will be someone from every language in Heaven one day.

The four Missionaries that were with us yesterday were from Brazil, Cambodia, the Philippines, and Bolivia.  To hear what they grew up with, and how they received Christ as their Savior would bless your heart.

The statement that stirred my heart was:
"They do so much with so little, and we do so little with so much."

If we cant go, and cant do anything but pray, that is what they asked for because they would be there, no matter what the circumstance.

This is the prayer card for one of the men from yesterday.......

I look forward to going tonight and hearing what God has prepared for me.

  2. I, too, am surprised that there are 7,000 languages in use right now. Missionaries always give such moving testimony, and it is good for us to hear of the struggles of so many, and help as we can, including with our prayers. We have so much to be thankful for here. I look forward to hearing about each service! Thanks for sharing.

  3. You both are so kind to me, listening to me about my church. I know you are both Catholic, but you never ever say anything but nice things. Thank you. I would be the same toward you and your church. After all, we are all trying to get to the same resting place!
