Wordless Wednesday!
I am so thankful that Jim likes to cook, cause I sure like to eat! He cooked a rack of bbq ribs, fried potatoes, and even though it is "wordless" Wednesday, I have to tell you he made a sweet potato pie, and it was so good that between us and our son next door and his family, the pie was gone!
My cold has gone and I am looking forward to church tonight. As for today, more of the same...laundry, clean, clean, clean.
I heard this on the radio yesterday and liked it, so hope you might too! Don Williams voice is so smooth.
I love that song. Haven't heard it in a long, long time. Glad to hear your cold is better, Linda! I know you will enjoy worship tonight! You are so lucky to have a man in the house who likes to cook! Dinner sounds like it was delicious!
ReplyDeleteI had not heard it in ages, but it just struck me. I guess Jim and I really are opposites! lol
ReplyDeleteIt's gonna be a great day :)Love the song and thanks for the smiles. I'm hungry now too!
ReplyDeleteI love that song too. I have it in my collection but it's sung by Lee Ann Womack. She has such a pretty voice and when I heard her sing this song, I just had to have a copy. :)
ReplyDeleteYour dinner sounds delicious. It's so nice to have a hubby that cooks.
So glad to hear your cold is leaving you. Have a great day.
Oh does that look delicious!! How can it not be a good day? LOL. I love Don Williams, he was one of my dad's favorites:-) I'm so happy your cold is gone. I bet it was nice to return to church last night!
ReplyDeleteWow! A husband to cook all that delicious food! That pie sounds so good!
