I am thankful for so many things. My head is full of things that play over and over...
1) So thankful for the relationship Jim and I have in the twilight of our lives. He does for me, I do for him, and we don't even have to think about it.
2) Thankful to be able to pay the bills every month and not have to fret. There is little left over, but the bills get paid first.
3) Thankful that I still have my mind. Not as sharp, not as quick maybe, but I still can learn, think and talk without being "out in space".
4) You knew I would have to be thankful again for my church and church family.....I really am.
5) Thankful that my grandchildren don't mind me being around, and still hug me, talk to me, tease and joke with me.
6) Thankful for my new coffee maker. I love the "clean" button on it. Have never had that on mine before....
8) Thankful that the epidural is still working and I am not in pain. I can walk and stand without that horrible pain. How long it will last, only God knows, but as long as it does, I will be very thankful.
9) I don't care if Beyonce' actually sang the National Anthem or lip sync'd it! Big deal.
Wonderful post!! I'm so glad the epidural is working!! It's wonderful to feel the love if those we treasure. A clean button on your coffee maker?! Wow, now that's cool!! Hope you have a good one :)
