I am still fighting my cold and didn't have a very good night at all. Will take the meds faithfully and hope it is gone in another day or so. I thought sure I had gotten through this winter without having a "bug" but obviously not meant to be.
One of my daughters and her family went hiking yesterday, as we had a sunny day. She sent me these pictures of my two precious granddaughters.....
Caroline is the oldest, 7 and Elizabeth will be 5 next Saturday.
This family loves the outdoors, doesn't watch much television at all and are "readers". They eat natural foods when possible and are just very healthy, happy folks. This is the family of my middle daughter Jennifer. She teaches high school English, is in charge of the yearbook and teaches Journalism as well. Her husband Kelly, is a land planner in the town they live. I am very proud of both of them and the way they are rearing these two little girls.
Wishing you a very good day!
The girls are so cute. It's good that they love the outdoors and their children aren't couch potatoes and video addicts like so many kids these days.
ReplyDeleteHope you feel much better tonight so you can sleep. Take care.
Beautiful, beautiful grandchildren!! Love your new photos! Hope you continue to improve and the cold won't last too long. Love & hugs!
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet looking pair of young ladies!
ReplyDeleteSo precious!
ReplyDeleteVery cute Grandchildren. You should feel proud of your daughter. Thanks for stopping by my blog. it's now time to fix some breakfast for Abe and myself. Granddaughter and youngest grandchild, Audrey was dropped off at school at 7:30. She came home early on Thursday and the doctor did some blood work, we think perhaps she has mono. Hopefully we will hear something today. We let her stay home on Friday because they told us they would call, but later in day when we tried to check, they said it would be Monday. Tomorrow I go see the oncologist, for my one year visit. This will be my first visit since I stopped the Femera which I had to take for five years. Sun is shining, and it looks like it's going to be a beautiful day. Hope your day is beautiful also.
