My computer and monitor both died at the same time. I got a new laptop today, but am having to hunt and peck and learn how to use it....totally different from the old one.
So, I am alive and kickin', bear with me until I can get everything back to normal.
Hope all is well with you and yours....
Linda, getting a wireless mouse really helped me with my laptop. I hate using my thumb on that pad. You can disable it, and use a wireless mouse. I find it so much easier to navigate! Love my laptop, though, and wouldn't go back to a desk top.
ReplyDeleteSo glad it was only a computer malfunction and not an illness that kept you away! Hugs.
Tomorrow without fail, I will get a mouse...this finger pad is for the birds. This laptop has windows 8 and it is set up different and I am having trouble getting around and finding my things, but I wont let it conquer me...lol
DeleteI've been learning a new laptop as well, so I understand. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteGood luck. New territory electronically is never fun. I agree with Terri. I even went farther and got a wireless keyboard also. Made the adjustment to a laptop almost painless.
ReplyDeleteComputer problems makes me panic, only because I need it for my job. I'm still old school with a desk top. I've said for a long time that I don't want a laptop. I hate that pad. Every time I type I always manage to lay my hand on it and then wonder what happened. I hope you like it. They are the 'wave of the future'.
