You may or may not be interested in our National Parks or seeing other parts of the US, but I have visited 90% of them and it was like a memory tour for me to see the pictures. Rather than continue to do one a day, I decided to wind this tour up and post the remainder of the ones I found....not all mind you, but many. Hope you will enjoy and if you haven't visited many of them, that you can in the future.
You have me beat by a few miles on that one! It is wonderful that are National Parks are so well maintained, and that we value them enough to maintain them! I've been to The Great Smokey Mountains National Park; Niagara Falls; the old fort in St. Augustine (National Park) and probably a few others I'm just not thinking about. I have enjoyed your photos and tid-bits on this subject!
ReplyDeleteI've never been to any of the parks you've mentioned. The pictures are beautiful and I wish I could see them all. I've tried, by the pictures, to decide which one I'd see first, but that's too difficult. I don't know. That's great that you have seen so many of them. You have a great day. ♥
ReplyDeleteI have truly had a blessed life Carol...my husband and I both loved to travel before we married and we just continued afterward. When we had children, we thought that would slow us down, but no, we just took them with us, giving them a glimpse of this great country too. Now that they are grown, they still have wanderlust in their souls.
DeleteWondrous photos of wonders that God created.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!!
You are so right, 'God doesn't make junk', even in we humans.
DeleteGood post! Hubby and I have visited almost all the Parks too. As I scrolled down it was, "Been there", "Seen that", "Want to go there ...", etc. :) Parks can be fun! The Georgia State Parks and the Texas State Parks are even better in my never-to-be-humble opinion and have a lot more freedom. We visit as many of those as possible whenever traveling. ~:)
