JOIN ME?

Good Thursday morning, and I hope you are well and happy.  I usually do 'Thankful Thursday', but don't think I will do that today.  Don't misunderstand, I am thankful for so many things on a daily basis, but just a little 'out of sorts'.

Jim had a really bad day yesterday, and when the therapist came, he made the statement that 'he' seems to be going down more lately.  I agree. I know you get tired of me writing the same old things, but I guess I write what is on my heart and mind. I don't want to worry, but I am human and do. God knows all about it, and I have to remind myself daily to let Him handle it all.

October gave a party;
The leaves by hundreds came -
The Chestnuts, Oaks, and Maples,
And leaves of every name.
The Sunshine spread a carpet,
And everything was grand,
Miss Weather led the dancing,
Professor Wind the band.

  1. I never tire of reading or hearing about ones life. I am sorry he has not been well..I will continue to keep you in my prayers. I forgot all about Thankful Thursday. Maybe next week we can get caught up and restart...thank you for the poem, it makes me smile. Blessings

  2. We are to give your worries and fears over to the Lord; I know sometimes that is easier said than done. Even though we believe, we are human and only see the tangible side of life. We love our husbands and do not want to see them hurting or sick. GOD sees and has the supernatural well taken care of which is something that boggles our earthly mind. Stay strong in the word of the Lord; let Him take your cares.

    Before Jesus descended into heaven he said he would not leave us alone, He sends the Holy Spirit to dwell within. Praying you feel comfort during these trying times and feel GOD's presence.

    Saying the name of Jesus all throught out the day seems to lift me and I pray it will with you.

  4. Your background is so pretty today. I'm watching for those first signs of fall. I love the cooler temperatures and the beautiful colors.
    Never apologize for what you write. I never tire of it. I want to know what's happening in your life and how your Hubby is doing. You're important to me. That's why I check in every day.
    I hope you have a good day and my prayers for you both. ♥

  5. You just keep writing what you feel led to write. It's what's going on in your life, so we want to know - and then we know how to pray for you!
