Good morning! Yes I really am better this morning. I go to the Dr. for follow up on epidural tomorrow and then the hand doctor a week from today, and I pray that is enough 'doctoring' for a while. I don't have full use of my left hand yet but some, and some is better than none!
I thank each of you that sent birthday wishes for me. I had a quiet day. My oldest daughter and her family headed to Destin, Florida after the volleyball tournament. Our schools here were on fall break. Before they left, they gave me some new, beautiful towels, which I had asked for months ago, and she remembered.
Then my sweet son said he couldn't buy anything but would cook me a meal one day soon, and a better gift from him, there couldn't be!
My other daughter and her two sweet girls came for a short visit and brought me the gift they had made....clever idea, huh?
Wasn't able to go to church this weekend, and I sure did miss it. Surely by Wed. night, I will be OK and can attend. My week just isn't the same without being 'fed' God's Word.
Forgive me for not commenting on your blogs this week. I did read, just couldn't type enough to respond. Hopefully beginning today, I will be able to read and write!
Cutting this short so I won't make the whole arm and hand hurt again, have a wonderful day.
Whoopsie...missed your birthday, Happy Belated Birthday!!! I'm so glad your hand is steadily improving. Enjoy the beauty you find in this upcoming week.
ReplyDeleteSo happy to hear you are feeling better today, Linda. I was a little worried about you - prayers were flowing! The Scrabble letters craft project is a wonderful gift, as are the meal fro Murphy and the towels from your oldest daughter! Take care of that hand, and I just know you will be able to attend services Wednesday night!! Love & hugs.
ReplyDeleteFROM Murphy!! Sure wish we could edit our comments!!
