Good Monday morning my friends. It is a snowy day in a lot of our states, and abroad too I understand. But just thinking of that beautiful, terrible cross and what He did, makes this Monday a beautiful day. Hope you can see it that way as well.
No great plans today, except back to the heart doctor with Jim to check his Prothrombin time (clotting time) and see where the Coumadin(his medicine) has his level. Last week, it was too high and he had to quit taking for 2 days and then start again at a lower level. We shall see today how that is working and change, if needed, again.
Just stay inside, stay warm and dry and be thankful.
Good morning, Linda. I hope Jim's levels are back to normal. I'm taking Pradaxa now, and don't have to have my levels checked every few weeks. It's been wonderful, but I was in the hospital for two days a year or so ago, when my coumadin levels got out of whack and my blood was too thin. It's sure not fun...they called it coumadin poisoning...sounds awful!
ReplyDeleteThis Holy week does make our thoughts turn to the agony of the cross and all He went through so that we could be forgiven. His mercy is such a blessing! To be so loved...
Wishing you a good day!
Yes, we are all so undeserving of His perfect love, and His sacrifice for us. • I hope Jim gets a good report from his doctor. • Hope you both have a good day.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a wonderful week and an excellent Good Friday. Best wishes for Jim's appointment.
