A GOOD DAY!

     It's going to be a good day, rain or no rain.  I wont let a little water keep me from enjoying life.  That sounds like I have a big day planned, and I don't.....am just thankful that I am alive and have a wonderful family that loves me.

      Tomorrow all of my children and their children will be here to celebrate Mother's Day.  I look forward to seeing them all here, all at one time!  They are preparing the meal and it is going to be a surprise.  I do know there will be 3 freezers of homemade ice cream and that tells it all!  FUN!

      This video was sent to me by a friend from church, that knows this is my favorite song.  Isn't it nice to know that someone knows you well enough to do something like that?

     This group is called Daves Highway and I have been listening to them for about 3 years.  My how they have grown, but their voices still blend beautifully.

    Sure sound like you have a wonderful day ahead of you, celebrating Mother's Day with all you kids and grands! Awesome! Hope there will be some photos!! Can't wait to hear about the surprise dinner. How can you go wrong with homemade ice cream? Yum!! Happy Mother's Day, Linda!

    I love the song "He lives" I'm happy to still have my Mom with me but sad my Dad passed away Mother's day week last year but I know because Jesus lives there will be a happy reunion. As for the rest of us here god gives us grace and mercy and joy for the journey of life. Through the ups and downs we know all will be worth it. Jesus lives!

    My daughter and I went to a Mother's Day breakfast today. It was really nice

    It sounds like you are going to have a special Mothers Day. How wonderful to get all the kids and grandkids together in the same room once in awhile. That, in itself, makes for a very special day. And homemade ice cream on top of it all.... wow!
