LIFE CAN BE A PUZZLE!

Yes, life can be a puzzle, but I have always loved solving puzzles, how about you?  One day I think I have it figured out, and then the next, someone or something throws a loop and I have to start over.  But, at least I am alive and still have mind enough to try to figure it out again.

We took our ride through the battlefield and only saw a total of 2 deer.  That is very unusual, but again....part of the puzzle.

We were supposed to have this severe ice/snow weather this morning; all the schools in our county, and the surrounding ones closed as of last night, and even the private schools that normally don't follow suit. But guess what?  Rain and 37 when I got up this morning.  The puzzle of life continues.

Our Lady Vols beat Vanderbilt last night to add another win to their list.  Pat Summitt left her team in good hands of Holly Warlick and they are carrying on the tradition.  Good piece of the puzzle.

The Lady Vols will return to Thompson-Boling Arena on Monday, Jan. 28, to host No. 2/3 Notre Dame at 7 p.m.  Tennessee will honor Hall of Famer and Lady Vol Head Coach Emeritus Pat Summitt with a banner hoisted high above the basketball court that bears her name.

THE PUZZLE CONTINUES..................

  1. Hello, sweet Linda!! That is sure a good picture of you that you are using for your avatar...love your beautiful smile. I stopped long ago trying to figure out life. I just live one day sometimes one minute at a time and hope I am pleasing to the Lord in all I do. Life has a lot of twists, turns and surprises to say the least. Hugs

    1. Cheryl, I worry about you.....I sure hope you are ok and those you love are as well.
I had a puzzle background early this morning, but the more I look at it, it made me dizzy, so took it off, thus the yellow background instead. lol
It is still drizzling rain here, and cold....sure getting old...looking forward to some sunshine, hopefully next week. Sending love and hugs your way my friend.

  4. I was just checking in and saw this blog from Thursday. I read somewhere the other day that God gave us this life but He never promised it would be an easy ride (or something to that effect). There are many twists and turns and puzzles we cannot solve.
I hope you are doing well.
