Good Saturday morning.  I wish I had some new pictures or new news to share this morning, but I really don't.  Jim and I ran the roads all day yesterday and I was so tired last night, I couldn't relax enough to go to sleep.  That has to be old age.

I did sleep good once it hit tho!  No clue as to what this new day will bring.  All the talk is about the ground hog and will he or wont he see his shadow.  You know what?  I don't really care one way or the other, nor do I care about the hoopla surrounding the upcoming Super Bowl.  That is also old age.

I don't sew, I don't knit, I don't quilt, I don't do much of anything but compute and read.  I am sure I am a boring old woman.  Old age.

Grandma changed

In the dim and distant past

When life's tempo wasn't so fast,

Grandma used to rock and knit,

Crochet, tat and baby sit.

When the kids were in a jam,

They could always call on Gram.

But today she's in the gym

Exercising to keep slim.

She's checking the web or surfing the net,

Sending some e-mail or placing a bet.

Nothing seems to stop or block her,

Now that Grandma's off her rocker.
