2) Wishing rain would move out and let us see the sun shine again.
3) Going to see my little 7 year old granddaughter at her school music program this evening....know it will be so cute.
4) I am not a Catholic, but I do respect the Pope and his decision to step down due to age and health.
5) Aryn's basketball team played their first and only, tournament game last night. They lost so their season is finally over for good. They were not unhappy as it hasn't been a good season all around. Looking to next year.
6) Spring may be around the corner, but I doubt those in the northeast feel that it is, nor do we as snow is predicted for us this weekend too.
7) If you have the time and can listen, type in "Louie Giglio, How Great Is Our God" in your search engine. I was amazed and you might be as well. My Sunday School teacher gave me a note with that typed on it and she said I would enjoy. I did, and you may too!
8) My car needs new tires. There is a wire that has broken loose in one tire and it can blow out any minute, so until we have the time to take the car to get new tires, I am driving the Mercury. It is so big compared to my little Focus.
9) I am a little disappointed that some of the programs I had on my Windows 7, aren't on the Windows 8 and if I want them again, I have to buy the CD and load. But then again, there are some things on the 8 that I like better than the 7....it is just taking some getting used to time.
10) Prayer request from those that truly do pray every day....my son and his family have a serious need.
These daffodils are blooming out by my mailbox
so decided to bring them inside for some "sunshine".
I was just thinking, if it is really religion with these nudist colonies, they sure must turn atheists in the wintertime.

Prayers for your son and his family.
ReplyDeletePrayers for your family members in need and also for Jim through his doctor appointments .
ReplyDeleteI am sure you will definately enjoy your grand daughters music school program. It's so sweet watching the little ones.
Love the song How Great Thou Art. The hymns have great meaning and depth to them! I have a book about hymns and stories of how some of them came about. Amazing! I think in these days we live in some are getting away from the depth of the Word in song and teaching as well. I enjoy some upbeat music though but there is such a wonderful message in the hymns and praise and adoration for our Creator!
Have a good day!
Prayers for your son and his family and also for you husband that he has a easy cure for the spike in blood pressure
ReplyDeleteI hope Jim's blood pressure gets resolved. And I am for some sunshine too! lol sandie
