Time is flying as are the days....February will be gone before we can turn around twice.

We had rain all night, but the weatherman says it has moved out and we are to expect sunshine this afternoon.

My granddaughter, Aryn, received an all district plaque at the championship tournament last night.  Her team didn't make it, but she did and we are all very proud of her.  She deserved it for sure.

Had a scare early this morning.  On the local news, it was reported that an elementary school was on lock down due to a suspect in the immediate area.  My 7 year old granddaughter goes to this school and I know she was scared, if they even told the children what was going on.  Just got word that the lock down was lifted and that the suspect was not aiming at the school, but they did it for safety sake.

Jim is out getting tags for one of the cars and his pickup and then he has to go to the sleep doctor.  We are hoping maybe he slept enough this last time, for the doc to see if he still needs the cpap machine.

Attitude . . . keeps me going or cripples my progress. It alone fuels my fire or assaults my hope.

  5. Great news about Aryn! So scary about the lock-down! Glad it was nothing - better safe than sorry! I'll be anxious about Jim's news. Joe had a cpap for awhile, and was miserable with it. Hope you got your sunshine today!!
