DOWNTON ABBEY!

I do not watch this series on tv, but several of my friends do, and one of my daughters wouldn't miss an episode.  When I found this background, I had to post!  I will admit I love old things!

February is a thing of the past.  It seems unreal that March should already be here.  Time is flying.  I wish I could stop it because I am growing older, my grandchildren are growing up too fast and the whole world is in a tizzy!

I went to the grocery yesterday morning, while Jim stayed with Jesse, and bought the ingredients to make burritos, as we had the fajitas already in the fridge, so I thought. After Jesse and Rayven left late in the afternoon, I asked Jim if he was still up for the burritos....'yes he said'.  I started gathering the ingredients and lastly went to the fridge to get the tortillas.  They were gone.  I turned around and asked Jim and he said, oh I had forgotten, they were old and I threw them away!  What to do?  Have you ever had spaghetti made with burrito ingredients?  We did, and Jim said it was the best homemade spaghetti he had ever had!!!

I was so tired after the children left, that I planted myself in my recliner, and Jim was in his, and we sat there and watched our Lady Vols basketball team become the winner of the SEC conference.  They played Texas A & M, and it was a really good game.  I am happy for Holly Warlick who took the reigns after the all time greatest basketball coach, Pat Summit.  At this house, we do bleed ORANGE!  These two seniors were a major part of the win......

Rain, snow showers, and grey skis is our forecast, but that's ok, it is the weekend, right?

"After people receive the blessings that they asked for, very few send back acknowledgments."

Did you think to say thank you?

Glad your Lady Vols played well!! LOL at the ingredients being gone from the refrigerator! Seems like your 'punt' worked, though, if Jim enjoyed the burrito pasta! Enjoy your day, my friend!!
