ANOTHER DAY TO GET IT RIGHT!

For those not on Facebook, my son and daughter in law got the news by telephone that their daughter, my beautiful granddaughter, had been accepted into the school of their choice, CSAS, Chattanooga School for Arts and Sciences.  At 14, she is already a really good artist.  Everyone is thrilled!

Aryn's bball team won 1 and lost 1 yesterday.

Jim fell again yesterday.  He was backing up to sit down in the wheelchair, had not locked the wheels, and it rolled away and he fell.  I ran to help him, but he was able to get on his knees and pull himself up on the chair, after I locked it.  :(

Bless his heart, after his fall, I thought he would go to bed, but instead he wanted to make a sweet potato pie....made the crust, put it in the oven, and was sitting at the table, mixing the filling.  He got up, and without his walker, (bad boy) walked over to the oven to take the crust out, dropped it and it went all over the kitchen.  I cleaned up and told him we would make another tomorrow (today).  :(

This could be me!  LOL

The Royal baby and his parents went home from the hospital yesterday.  They weren't driven home, Prince William put the baby in the safety seat himself and then he drove them home.  I applaud them for acting and looking like every other new set of parents.

SHORT AND FUNNY:
What happened when the butcher backed into his meat grinder?
-- He got a little behind in his work!

Now, go and get it right!

Congratulations again to Rayven! How exciting for her and the family! Our local arts high school has a great reputation and I'm sure yours, there in Chattanooga, is just as good. Aryn's team is doing well too! It's so great that she gets to participate in the tournament!

Working on getting it right! Love & hugs!

  8. That's funny... the butcher and the cartoon. I'm not going to try to find a comment on either. LOL

Congratulations to your gr-daughter. She must be thrilled. Not to mention how proud her parents and grandparents are of her accomplishments. Don't you feel sometimes that you could bust just thinking about the grandkids?
Hope you have a good evening. ♥
