I made this last night and lo and behold, it is really good. It is better than drinking plain water, which I don't like at all. You might want to try it too. For my first try, I used one apple, and two cinnamon sticks.
Cinnamon/Apple Water
Top with ice and fill with water. Chill in the fridge for an hour. This brings out the flavors from the apples and cinnamon.
Benefits of cinnamon:

has anti-inflammatory properties
boosts the activity of the brain
helps in removing nervous tension and memory loss
helps remove blood impurities and is often recommended for pimples
clears colds & sinuses
lowers cholesterol

low in calories
boosts exercise endurance
helps aid in weight loss
lowers risk of asthma
decreases insulin need
cleans teeth and gums
improves eyesight
Going to Aryn's basketball game at the high school in our community tonight, then she is taking her boyfriend out to eat for his birthday, and Grayce will come home with us. Their parents are going to a George Jones concert/remembrance in Nashville, TN, so they are both spending the night with us. We asked Rayven to go but she hasn't given us a 'yes or no' yet.
