THIS AND THAT!

Latest post cards from Postcrossing.............China, Erie Canal, Minnesota and Finland.........

NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS YOU HAVE NO CHANCE OF KEEPING!

When I hear a funny joke, I will not reply, LOL, LMAO or ROTFLMAO!
I will start using Facebook for something other than Farmville and stupid quizzes!
I will try to figure out why I need 5 Facebook accounts.
I resolve to work with neglected children -- my own!
Lose weight by going to the gym.
I resolve to spend less than 5 hours a day on the Internet.
I will read the manual when as soon as I find it.
Spend less than $1,000 for coffee at Starbucks.
I will stop repeating myself again, and again, and again.
I will think of a password that isn't password.

  1. ♥ Happy Friday, Linda... only 4 days left in this year. Praying next year will be better.
I had to laugh at those resolutions. They would be hard to do. :) But I have the one about Starbucks beat already.... we don't have one.
The post cards are pretty neat. Are you putting all of them into a scrapbook or notebook? I still want to join.
    Take care.

    1. Carol, funny you should mention a scrapbook for my postcards. I have them in a stack here on my desk, and when I scanned those this morning, I thought...I should get a notebook or something to put these in. May have to go to craft store and see what I can find. Have a good Friday.

  2. I don't make resolutions 'cause all I do is disappoint myself and others. :) I'm just me, unadulterated, all the time. I figure people can like it or lump it including me. [lol]

Nice postcards. I miss sending them to others and receiving them. You know, maybe we should all get back into putting a stamp on it for correspondence. So what if it's $.49 to send a letter!? It's much more private and personal than the airwaves. That speaks volumes nowadays.

    God bless. ~:)

  5. I gave up making resolutions years ago. What's the point?! LOL

You DO need a scrapbook or a photo album for your post cards. You have received so many nice ones, and from very far away. I love hearing about the ones you get!!
