Isn't it comforting to know, really know deep down, that you have someone that never, ever changes in your life?  He is always there for me, always listens and is truly interested in me, and what is going on with me and mine.  I am so thankful that I know the Lord personally.  He is not just a figure out in space somewhere, he is not a cold stature like a Budda, he is not still in a grave somewhere.  He is alive and real and not only lives within my very soul, but will always be there, now and forever more.  I get to go, don't have to go, but GET to go to a building today, to worship with other people who also know Him personally.  It is highlight of my week, my life!
