No, not talking about the tv show, but the center of the work week. Seems this week has been slow for some reason, but we are downhill to the weekend now.
We have another sunny day and going to get out soon and enjoy it. Groceries much needed, plus white dress shirt to laundry. I have tried ironing it, but just cant do it like it is supposed to do...thus, a professional.
Please pray for my granddaughter Aryn and her Dad. They are going to Snow Shoe, W. Va. to ski. Of course my daughter and I,are worried that she will break another ankle or foot or leg, but she is very excited to get to go. So, we worriers need to just quit worrying and pray, right?
My Pastor and his sweet wife posted a new picture on Facebook, and I wanted to share with my blog family.
He is 38 and she is 36 and the most down to earth people you will ever know. They love people and it just oozes out of them in many ways. They can relate to old folks like me, and to babies in the nursery. His messages are directly from the Bible, adding nothing and taking nothing away. He brings it down so that children know exactly what he is talking about and at the same time, teaches us oldies but goodies something new every time he stands before us.
Ms. Laura is an organizer, hugger, good cook, homemaker, and parent. If you have known me very long, you know that I love these two people dearly and respect them even more.
Robin Roberts was back on GMA today and seemed to be very welcome from everyone, including me. She has fought a tough battle and is a good example of a winner.
Well, no news is sometimes good news, so will say, have a lovely day! Off to work I go!
Good morning, Linda! What a lovely couple you have leading your worship and church family! You are blessed, indeed. I offered a prayer for safety and fun, for Aryn and her dad. Let us know when they return, please! I am happy it is "hump day". February is flying, though! Wishing you a good day!!

ReplyDeleteYour pastor and his wife are a very nice looking couple. I know they are a blessing. I wish I could find a church like you have.
I'm sure Aryn and her dad will have a great time. I know we always worry, but just pray for their safety and leave the rest in God's hands.
